How to be healthy amidst the “Signo”

Recently, the weather in the Philippines has been unpredictable. It is smoking ho in the morning and really cold in the afternoon.

This is the reason why a lot of people are getting sick. In order to still be healthy amidst the weather here are some tips:

1. eat alot of fruits, they not only give vitamins but the extra liquid for your body as well

2. drink alot of water

3. exercise
